About the Friends Pantry

The Monthly Meeting of Friends of Philadelphia or and Arch Street Meeting House Preservation Trust (ASMHPT) are working in collaboration to serve our community by providing assistance to those in need. Together, ASMHPT and MMFP have created a pantry to assist those struggling with food insecurity and other household needs.

The Friends Pantry Works to:

  • Distribute non-perishable food, toiletries, and household items, while also providing packages of groceries and personal care items;
  • Personalize packages to those in need based on individual situations;
  • Provide support and/or resources to those in emergency situations to individuals and families within reason.

Individuals or families in need of support can contact the food pantry online directly or can be referred by social workers or other community organizations.

Launched November 2023: Community Fridge at the Meeting House.
